Process

Production is held in house in one main factory. This enables efficient production and good coordination of the mixing, baking and packaging of the items. Focus is on the quality of the finished product. Packaging is carefully chosen for each product type. Special attention is given to items having less fat like the sponges and sugar free cakes, which are specially packaged in air tight material to remain fresh. Quality of the finished product moves hand in hand with near future ambitions to enlarge the production plant with another department.
